No, we have consciously decided against official certification. The reason? For a small company like ours, the high costs of certification are currently prohibitive. Nevertheless, we place great importance on quality and sustainability – 99.8% of our oils come from certified organic farming. This allows us to guarantee the highest standards without having to pass on the additional certification costs to our products.

Yes, all our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We use only plant-based ingredients.

Our oils are carefully handcrafted in small batches in a small Viennese laboratory.

Our facial oils are versatile and can be easily integrated into any existing skincare routine: Simply apply after serum but before moisturizer* or mix directly with your cream.

*Exception: For water-based gels that don't contain occlusive ingredients, the oil should be applied after moisturizing. More on this soon on our blog!

Yes – absolutely! Light plant oils like jojoba oil can even balance sebum production without weighing down the skin. Our Morning Dew Oil is particularly suitable; it was specially developed for this purpose and, with balancing ylang-ylang oil, restores the skin's oil production.

Yes! Our formulations can be easily integrated into any skincare routine – whether used alone or in combination with other products. The advantage of oil care: It adds an essential step to your routine without compromising compatibility with other skincare products, as can sometimes be the case with serums and the like.

All The Alpchemist oils contain essential oils, but no added fragrances. Each essential oil has been carefully selected for its nourishing properties and effectiveness.

Yes, all our oils are free from synthetic fillers, silicones, parabens and microplastics.

We have deliberately specialized in oil care because oils intensively nourish the skin, lock in moisture and strengthen the natural protective barrier – without preservatives or dilution.

We ship all orders placed before 3:00 PM the same day, or the following day. Depending on your location, delivery time is 2-5 business days.

We currently only deliver to the EU.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days in its unopened, sealed original packaging. If there is a problem that was not caused by improper use, contact us – we will find a solution.

Changes or cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need an adjustment.
